Griffin provided excellent service!
Called and made a reservation, left work early to pick up a car, they lost the reservation and had no cars and just shrugged their shoulders and said I could come back in two days for another reservation. It was a waste of time and the person in the store really made it seem like it was my fault for not having a reservation number or not knowing who I spoke with, I was not given one
Dealership will tell you anything to get you there and not give you a vehicle they said you would get. And other dealership would rent thru debit card but over phone they did
From start to finish the techs were knowledgeable and put your concerns to rest ..I will use Enterprise as my go to for my car rental needs!
