The person I dealt with was very lazy and not helpful at all and very uninformed. I asked a simple question at the counter and was told to check the website. I left and went to hertz and rented a car without a problem.
I have been renting a car from here for a few months and it has been wonderful. The branch manager was calm, nice, helpful, and understanding. She took the time to explain something about my bill that I did not quite understand. What she did was gain my trust and respect.
Really professional and polite
Jaylen helped me and my mom rent a car, she was very nice and respectful, we had a great experience there thanks to her it was a complete opposite compared to when we went to the enterprise at Columbia ave.
