I went through Costco using the Enterprise Okolona location. All I have to say is, in a world where customer service is dead, it isn't here. Aaron Shaw is so helpful, professional, and kind. We ran into a snag, but Aaron fixed it! Right away, he fixed it! I will ALWAYS use this location. I will ALWAYS recommend this location. Everyone here is great really! This is the second time we've rented from this Enterprise location, and once again, the experience was outstanding. The day before our pickup, they called to confirm our reservation, which I really appreciated. When we arrived, the staff was friendly, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly. They even offered us a larger vehicle that was available, but we decided to keep the one we had reserved. What impressed me the most was their kindness. My rental experience with Enterprise was good overall. The only issue was that the car had a slight cigarette smell. Since I was in a hurry and couldn’t wait for another vehicle, I decided to keep it. The staff was very understanding and offered me a discount for the inconvenience, which I appreciated.
