Jake was amazing from the Suttle dealership. He was working by himself the day I got my rental and exhibited so much patience with customers reactions due to high volumes. He was very thorough, kept a smile on his face and stayed professional. As I extended my reservation he was further helpful with more resourceful information and a correction on my receipt. The guys at this Enterprise are life savers! I recently had a clutch go out in one of my cars… so I needed something else to drive. These guys got me in a rental same day, they have been very accommodating during the back and forth of the service updates on my vehicle. The customer service was outstanding, the vehicle was delivered clean. I will be returning to this Enterprise come time for my vacation, I refuse to rent from anyone else!
