Very great customer service there
I would not trade Enterprise rental with any other rental car company, that excellent,superb customer service with a intellectually savvy way to roll with the punches to resolve your problems, issues, concerns and complaints, they also understand that they can't please everybody but 99.99% that's pretty damn close for me with caring and understanding

Manager was awesome! Extremely helpful!
The manager Matthew is very rude and arrogant...He was talking over me and when I said something he said I wasn't saying anything anyway..I had a question about a charge on my account...He then implied I wasn't trying not pay...I told him how rude he was and not to speak to me like that.. He then threatened to place me on the don't rent to list..He needs to be fired!
