This place went downhill. Long waits, very poor communication, filthy cars, Customer service is a joke. They wasted hours of my time and now left me hanging waiting for a car. The car they gave me is filthy and clearly not maintained. I clicked your link for the customer service thing, but it just gave me a chat bot that couldn’t help and sent me on a loop. I wasted another four hours trying to set a formal complaint.

This place was my go to rental place for 10 years. I will never go back after the treatment I have received l. I referred my elderly mother to get a car while hers is being repaired. To start off she waited an hour at the office . Once they gave her the vehicle she was exhausted and had to get home . When I saw the van they gave her it was completely covered in dead bugs l, so bad the windows were even covered making the visibility bad. The white van bumper was red with blood from the bugs. Nice enough, but the constant upselling of daily insurance coverage that nearly matches the rental car price is off-putting. They force you to say no an unreasonable amount of times. The car we received was a lower class than reserved and I would have not been given a refund for the difference if I didn’t ask. Many of their cars are old (with many scrapes and dings) and the one we received had almost 40k miles—yet they treat it like a brand new car and make you paranoid that they will charge you for preexisting dings. The whole process was easy and the rental reasonably priced. The agent helped me program my phone to the car’s system. When I returned their driver drove home—some six miles away. Highly recommended.
