Excellent customer service. Ms. Alexandra was really friendly and helpful throughout the check in and key drop off process. The office opened at 8am on the dot and close at 6pm. But the parking building is open for 24hrs. Very convenient if you want to drop off the car at night and drop the key at the office the next day.
The staff was outstanding and the check-in/check-out process was incredibly smooth. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, welcoming and very accommodating. I also appreciated how quickly I was able to get my car… no long wait times at all. I would definitely recommend them and will certainly use them in the future.
Would not rent me a car because I don’t have a credit card when I’ve rented from enterprise many times before with my debit card. Good thing Sixt would do it
