I had an excellent experience with Enterprise Rent-A-Car. The entire process was smooth from start to finish, and the level of customer service really stood out. 2 Stars for Poor Customer Service at Enterprise (Long Beach Location) I gave this Enterprise location two stars due to disappointing customer service. When I asked for a ride home, I was told they stop offering rides after 4:30 PM—even though they're open until 6 PM. This policy was never mentioned during the multiple times I called in advance, nor was it posted anywhere in their office. Good experience. The girls who helped us were kind and thorough, especially Kim. The car was exactly what we needed, clean, and comfortable. The ability to return at a different location was great! The rate was reasonable. Transportation to and from the cruise terminal would have been nice, but the walk was not unpleasant.
