I would give zero stars if I could. I reserved a specific vehicle class (Dodge Durango) well in advance. Not only did they not have the vehicle ready, they called me minutes before arrival—after I had already spent money on an Uber to get there—to tell me they were "out of stock." Landed in Long Beach from a six day cruise. Booked a same-day car rental from this Ocean Boulevard location. Was going to drop off at LAX. Had a confirmation for an economy rental car, pick up at 10:30am. Used Uber to move ourselves and luggage from Long Beach Port to this ocean blvd location.
