Eventually, I was given a larger SUV, for which I completed payment and signed the agreement. Had a 3 hr wait at this office for a car. Go to a different location. This one does not plan ahead for rentals at all.
Working with Enterprise is easy and efficient, you have pleasant employees that seem to enjoy their jobs. It was truly an enjoyable (pun intended) turn-key experience and the vehicle was fun to drive with all the new tech.
