Excellent customer service. Washington, NJ site.
I confirmed my reservation that morning. I reserved a car @ 2:30. Explained on the phone my car broke down and I was waiting for the tow truck and my ETA was based on the tow truck drivers ETA. At 2:50 Enterprise called to ask if I was on my way I explained in detail the situation and I would be there by 3:30. At 3:20 I was dropped off to a closed office.
