Because my car is in the shop. We had to rent a car from this particular location. And we reserved the car to 3 days ago. We were assured that there would be a car available when we needed it. The morning that we were to pick up the vehicle. We were notified that they did not have one for us. But to check back later, when we check back 6 hours later. Excellent experience at the Roanoke Rapids Nc Enterprise.Matt and his staff go above and beyond taking care of my rental needs. Clean dependable cars and SUV 's all the time I rent. This branch is getting a total makeover inside and out. 5 stars.
First time car rental ever and it was the worst. Family and I were coming from NY heading to Carolina beach for vacation. Our car broke down in VA and this rental place was the nearest around. Yes we were in a bind, never rented before, and didn’t know the ins and outs of renting. Not only didn’t have the original van for us when went to place , they had to up charge by $10 for the vehicle given, it was dirty, and smelled terrible.
