Booked for an intermediate mid sized Sudan (comparable to a Toyota Corolla, etc). When I arrived my only choice was a Honda CR-V (wasn’t at the location when I arrived at my designated time…had to be brought down by the manager from another location) or a Mazda Mirage. The CR-V was over $100 more than my quoted price for the Sudan. The Mirage was WAY too small for my need. Very friendly and helpful costumer service.
Although the car was not satisfactory the lady at front desk was great & compensated us for the inconvenience. So nice to talk to real ppl and not AI. Ty enterprise!
