I had a very disappointing experience with the Enterprise Rent-A-Car location on Bagby Ave. in Waco, and I hope anyone renting here takes photos of the vehicle before leaving the lot. This rental was through an insurance claim, and my insurance approved an SUV. When I arrived, I was told my only options were a Toyota Camry or a Chrysler minivan. I had a disappointing experience with the Enterprise location on Bagby Ave. in Waco. My insurance approved an SUV, but I was only offered a Camry or a minivan, suggesting they didn’t have the reserved vehicle class. The car I received was also dirty at pickup.
