Had a great rental experience after an accident.
I rent cars very often for work. Matt and team here are by far my favorite rental car providers
I reserved my pickup time for 8 am. Did not get my car until 8:30. The rep had the nerve to change my pickup time to 8:17 am on my document contract to make it appear as if they were not behind schedule. Also, I reserved a small compact car. I was given a huge Nissan Altima with old Bluetooth capabilities- so had to use my phone for gps in an area I was unfamiliar with in the rain.
