My experience with Enterprise, getting a rental while my car was being serviced was top notch. I got to drive a dream car and there was no hassle or hitch at all. David checked me in and was so polite to a young guy who was trying to prove residency and trying to get to his job on time. He was there first, but it looked like a long and complicated situation. David was able to smoothly manage my rental while calmly rendering excellent customer service to two people at one time.
Very pleasant experience! Quality rental, and David Basinger provided the best customer service I’ve received in years!
Registration on line completed. Minimum time spent at rental office before getting vehicle.
Called a little after 8:00 am they were busy and took down my number to call me back. Never did. I called 2 different times several hours apart and was left on the wait line. No one ever answered.
David is great here. Very helpful and attentive and great customer service.
