Nice to have a place that will rent good cars when I need one.
Terrible customer service. My cousin made a reservation on Saturday and received confirmation from this location. They even called her to confirm that she wanted an suv and then asked her to complete a speedy check-in, which she did. Then — with zero notice — they waited until 8am on the day of the reservation (pickup was scheduled for 9am) to tell her they had no cars available. Multiple times I have made reservations just to be called the day of pickup and told they do not have any rentals available. Super inconvenient for a car rental place to have no cars when you book days in advance.
It's the place I go to rent a car when in Effingham.
Twice I have reserved vehicles from Enterprise (weeks in advance) only to be stuck with classifications of vehicles that I didn’t reserve. 1st time I reserved a full size pickup and was stuck with a van. 2nd time I reserved a full size SUV and they tried to stick me with a crossover. What’s the point in a reservation? This place doesn’t care what you want! They’ll give you what works best for them!
