A good and orderly branch overall. I was able to rent a car and drop it off in fort collins at a good price. The only thing was that the car had a lot of dog hair in the trunk and in the armrest box. I was disgusted to put anything in that box. Don't know what the prev renter did.
The gentlemen working the desk are very responsive. Handled anything I had questions about in advance, and made for a seamless pickup. Would recommend to anyone in Steamboat Springs.
Out all of my years renting vehicles, this branch has the worst customer service. I made the reservation online that stated “ save time”. Well once I got there, attempted to pick up the vehicle I was treated awful, I was asked for a bill, then questioned the card I was using, questioned my address, I’m sure it was a racial thing because the lady behind got her rental with no issues. I will take My business else where.
