Horrible .... Went to rent a truck because we had moved to Whiteville, going to settlement in a couple of hours from the rental time. Then headed back to home state to pick up husband and pets. Unfortunately refused to rent to me because i had an out of state license and no major credit card. In my old state i had no issues. Not willing to work with anyone. Very disrespectful, manager was using an employee as a puppet and wanting to talk to me. Felt extremely disrespected and no cistomer service to help resolve the issue
This was my 2nd rental in 25 years but I would do it again in a heartbeat. Excellent experience. Employee courtesy was outstanding.
