I always give businesses three chances, but now, I have had three negative experiences from the Lexington Park, MD location, so I am done with them. The first strike: I reserved a car, but when I showed up to pick it up, they were out of cars, so what was even the point of making a reservation. The second time I rented a car and the metal frame on the bottom of the car fell off when I was on the interstate. Horrible customer service! Whitney, manager in training, is rude and knows nothing about customer service. I reserved my car; when I went to pick it up I was told there was a $200 deposit required. I was never informed of this. I had to extend my reservation and was told I could leave the rental at the body shop. I was charged for storage over the weekend, which was a mistake.
