I had tried to rent from the Haines City Enterprise which is 15 minutes from my home in Solivita, and they refused to pick me up. I asked the manager for her supervisor's phone number, and I called and he never returned my call, The folks at Dyer Rd. Kissimmee went out of their way to take care of my and pick me and deliver me home although t is a good hour round trip. If you need to rent a car in Osceola County or Solivita(Poinciana) the Dyer Road location will take good care of you. A satisfied customer.
Easy access and services, the car were clean and new, no complains. I recommend it. Called after because I forgot my Sun pass transponder, I gave the agent the serial number and waited for him to call me back, he never did. I went there and look throughout a basket full of them and there it was, got it.
Both sales reps had excellent customer service skills plus very patient and polite. Awesome!!! !!!!!
First off, I wanted to say that I love Enterprise! However, I was a little disappointed with the Kissimmee rental. I ordered a Ford Mustang and was expecting the clean, functioning car that I usually get from Enterprise however, the car that I received had not been cleaned on the outside nor had it been cleaned on the inside. There were dirty tissues on the floorboard and in the driver door. Also, there were some defects with the car...the driver side light that displays the mustang emblem at night (on the ground)was a blob ... read more
I usually drive long distance to receive the customer care that I do. This location offers the Best! I'm never disappointed with the level of customer service, I receive Here!
Awesome. Everyone is polite, friendly, courteous, and professional. Great prices on vehicles. Definitely my preferred location to rent vehicles.
Great pick up and drop off service!!!! Car was clean!!! The station was great! The staff was awesome, courteous, and very helpful. The renting process was quick! 5 star service!!!
Great service! Different cars were available to choose from, even when chosen the specific type of vehicle. Only waited a few minutes, given how busy the place was. Great vehicle, great service, even when returning the vehicle!
