Google "enterprise ding and dent scam" to save yourself the hassle of this office. The rep informed us that there was major damage in the form of a dent and red paint on the vehicle. There was ZERO damage when we returned the van. She blantantly lied because on the pics the red is the reflection from a car seat on their property. This office lied and I have text messages and pics to prove it. So, they kept our deposit and sent us a bill for $275. $475 for thumb size dent that was already on the vehicle when we rented it. I have used Enterprise for years and have had nothing less than Great Service they are always eager to help and very friendly
I have used Enterprise for more than 10 years but this time is not satisfied. The description for the economy car is 4 doors but when checking out, the agent assigned me 2 doors, not as described. She made me upgrade to next level and of course more charged. This is the first time I get into this inconvenience. I might think of other rental car companies, even though Enterprise is my Favorite.
We have used Enterprise for years and have had nothing but great experiences!
