Worst place ever to rent a car There employees seem to never care Raised issue about the car battery bt they just assume had to call twice road assistance to Jump start there rental car!
I had made a reservation for a car rental online. Used the link my insurance company gave me and had selected a car for $317 a week i think. I went and dropped off my car at the shop and enterprise came and picked me up and that was nice but my issue is that once I arrived at the location they said they only had 1 car available and that car was $541 for the week which is way above what i planned on spending but I didn’t argue because i needed a car and i had to get to work that day. Great experience with Enterprise! The staff was friendly, the process was quick, and the car was clean and reliable. Will definitely rent from them again. I’m not sure if i will rent from enterprise since they open a claim with my insurance for something that i didn’t do to their cars. Enterprise already withdrew the claim but only because i took pictures of the vehicle before driving with a timestamp that showed that the fog light was already missing.
