The staff are all friendly and professional. I was NOT happy with the car. I discovered on the way to Portland that this car had NO cruise control. It did not even occur to me that a rental car would not have this necessary feature. Otherwise my experience was good.
I have used this office many times over the years and I always have great customer service and they treat me like a friend.
It is my belief that they have a "bait and switch" method going on. This is the third time this year we have used their online services to rent a CAR and when we arrive at the designated time and date, all they have is SUV's and we have to pay for the upgrade. Why do we have to pay the difference when you don't have available what we requested? Rachel's excuse this time was that all their cars were in Grants Pass.
