This location is a 10/10. They helped me with a rental while I was recovering from being rear ended. They were very helpful and friendly. The manager Harvey exceeded expectations with outstanding customer service. His knowledge in navigating my best options was key. I would recommend the Broadway (Curtis Park) location to any friend or family member. Thank you guys for all that you do. 100
A nightmare of an experience. Spent 4 hours going back and forth with the front desk and call center about a reservation that I made weeks beforehand, and despite the call center concerning my reservation multiple times they didn't even have a car available or the reservation in their system. The customer service agents won't hesitate to lie to you.

Worst experience I have ever had, and I've been renting cars for 45 years. I would give negative stars if I could. We were out in the hot summer sun while signing the contract on an electronic device. I had a discussion with the agent and told him I definitely did not want a car that was more expensive than my insurance allowed, and also did not need any extra insurance.
