Enterprise is a good rental company but I feel the communication wasn’t as up to par as it should have been due to being closed on weekends, and also partly because of rerouting phone calls to different branches/customer services.

I reserved a vehicle at their site. They called me later that day and said they were waiting for vehicles to come in and would give me a call later. I was told there would be a car around 3pm. When I called at 3pm I was after 4pm. When I called at 430pm I was told that there was no cars coming today and I was put on a waitlist if anything else comes in. Great place to rent a car. I visit often to Sacramento and will definitely rent a clean car from this Enterpise on Broadway. They were quick to getting me in and out. They helped set up my Bluetooth and gave me my choice of an SUV. Harvey knew I needed to get to the airport in a timely manner and within minutes I was on my way after dropping off the SUV. Great job guys!

Excellent customer service. David even called me the next week to ask if there was anything they could do better? I told him absolutely not. I am a very happy and satisfied customer. Kudos to Enterprise for having such a great team at the Broadway location in Sacramento!
