Staff was courteous and friendly. Our rental was clean and well maintained.
Reserved a car 2 weeks ago from the Burlington location and when I went to pick up the car no car waiting, called Mukwongo location they had one very accommodating , apologized for the Burlington location mess up, Christa very accommodating, this location rocks, Burlington location sucks, customer service at Enterprise SUCKS tried calling them left message for corporate management no answer not even a call back. Mukwongo is the gem in the house. 10/10/25
It’s pricier than other car rental services but I was more than satisfied with my rental experience. I rented a Nissan Rogue for our family road trip to Florida. The car was immaculate upon receipt and drove like a dream. I have gone through Budget in the past, but after this experience am not sure I would ever try anything other than Enterprise again.

After dealing with a stressful vandalism incident to my vehicle, i needed to arrange a for a rental. I was pleasantly surprised that there was an Enterprise location was located in the same building as the auto repair shop. To make matters even better, the rental I was offered was the same car I had just dropped off!! Cayden was great to work with. The whole process was seamless. Thank you Enterprise.
