Great Company! Mike helped me secure an 8 passenger vehicle within 24hrs of a big school trip. The whole staff was wonderful. I will be a returning customer.
I experienced the most courteous service. They were quick, the car was clean, and pricing was very competitive.
Representatives always try to quickly get you checked-in and make sure you are good for the car provided. Easy return and overall good service. Have used Enterprise Rent-A-Car for many years and always great and good customer service to resolve any issues.
Although we got confused on coverage, amount, ect. The staff was nice. They got us through the process quickly. And they weren't busy!
Good service for the company and employee who went over the car with us to show the various items, each car being different. The car we had was not so good. If the Dodge Dart was supposed to be an upgrade, I guess we had reserved a skate board! Horrible ride, would not track on freeway, lousy mileage on trip to San Jose and back (low twenties and I am a conservative driver), rough shifting. I guess some driver before us beat the crud out of this car. I will go back to Enterprise again but will refuse any Dogged Dart offered.... read more
I would have given them 5 stars if it didn't take so long for them to get get my car. I guess they may have been low on cars because it took them a long time to wash and bring me a car. I had a reservation, so it didn't make sense, but either way, I got a nice, clean, new car to drive while my car is in the shop.
Service is the worst I would not go their again or reffer anyone there
I don't know why i even shop around for local car rentals when I have a need because Enterprise on N. Sunrise always has the best rates.... and even if they didn't I would likely use them because their service is so great! "Quick, Quality, Clean & Friendly!" How can you beat that?
