Very disappointing, no cars available for days, made a reservation for 3 o'clock. Location called at 2, but was on the phone. Called back and no one answered. Showed up to pick up vehicle we reserved and they have it to someone else because i didn't answer the phone. Very short staffed, tried to call on the way there to verify vehicle still there, but still no one answered. My vehicle will be fixed by the time they could ever get me a car to rent.
Great experience at Ozark MO location. Vehicle was what we requested, clean, and full gas tank. Employees were extremely nice and knowledgeable. Wil always rent from there.
Very professional office would highly recommend Ozark Mo staff
The absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced.
