Enterprise put me in a vehicle with bad breaks and I didn’t realize it until I got on the road. That’s was extremely negligent and dangerous on their part. I also only received a portion of my deposit back with no explanation as to why.
Location staff is super. With the help of the app I was able to check in ahead of arrival to speed up the process.
