The employees at the counter were very nice. When I got there they were no cars or sedans available. I had to take a large truck. The only other choice was a minivan. The truck was dirty and it smelled like cigarettes. I left and only went a few blocks. The low tire pressure light came on. I went back. They checked the car. There was a nail in the tire. I want to give a big thanks to Jucole and Polo for their amazing service. Despite reserving a vehicle the same day, Jucole was patient and got me in a vehicle quick. Polo was great from the day I picked up the car to dropping it off, he was so professional and answered all my questions. This is my favorite location to rent a vehicle.

I frequented this location plenty of times. I love it there the service reps are amazing I was fortunate enough to meet a young lady by the name of Jay she was absolutely outstanding. Her hospitality is top tier I will forever choose that location

Mr. Ja’Kobe O’Neil and his team are truly remarkable. I walked in and didn’t know what to expect. Mr. O’Neil noticed me, greeted me and attended to me once it was my turn. The process was flawless and I believe it was all because of the professionalism of Mr. O’Neil. Thanks you!! Enterprise should be appreciative to have a great team member!!!
