Thank you Enterprise Rent-A-Car for putting us in an excellent vehicle that got to our destination and back home and also thanks to the person who put in the vehicle you were courteous and professional.
I can't say enough about how great these guys were. I got stranded with my family 1.5 hours away from home on a road trip. I called a couple of hours before they closed to reserve, and the 2 employees stayed over an hour after close to take care of every person in that place and get them in a vehicle. Betsy and Tyler at the store were absolutely amazing, and Andrea on the phone today helped me so much. Would highly recommend this business to everyone.
Very disappointed in Enterprise Rent A Car. My vehicle broke down in a small town. Got my vehicle towed to the nearest dealership. I rented a vehicle from Enterprise and when my vehicle was repaired, Enterprise would not give me a ride back to the dealership upon my return of the vehicle. I reserved the vehicle for 2 days but only needed it for one, returning it early. Luckily I contacted the dealership and they sent a car to pick me up. Very disappointed that Enterprise would not give me a ride to the dealership.
