We were dropped off 30 min before the doors opened to pick up our reserved vehicle. Five minutes before opening we received a call that they do not have a vehicle for us. No reason given, just poor management. Stranded in the parking lot, we had to call a friend for a ride. Don’t bother with this place, they will have you stranded and late to wherever you were headed to.
Good place for renta cars
I’m super impressed with Elizabeth and the team at Enterprise Car Rental! I had accidentally left some cash in my rental car, and instead of it disappearing, the team at Enterprise called me right away to let me know they had found it and that I could pick it up at my convenience. This really speaks to their honesty and integrity—they could have easily kept it, but they didn’t. It’s rare and refreshing to see a business operate with that level of character. I’ll definitely continue renting with them!
Always have a great deal and vehicle for me have not been disappointed yet
