This used to be my go to location after my favorite person left the Fishers one but the last few times I've rented from them has been a less than fun experience. Brittany, the manager, is the only decent person there. The rest of them are rude. I can't remember what his name is, but it's the current manager in training, and he is the worst of them all. This is the best car rental location anywhere. The people are so nice, the cars are clean and reliable and newer models, and the check in process is smooth. I fear giving a good review... I just want to keep them as my little secret
It’s wild to sit on hold on the phone and listen to hold messages about “exceptional extra-mile customer service” and the “convenience” Enterprise offers, only to be hung up on because my call can’t be handled after waiting 12 minutes, 3 times in a row. I’m trying to contact the office because the rental we received yesterday has dealer tags that expire in 3 days, but after 36 minutes of waiting on hold and being hung up on by the system, I’m just going to have make the 30-minute drive to the office to ask in person.
