BEST EXPERIENCE EVER! Beyond my expectations! Due to weather and other ridiculous travel woes from Chicago OHare and unnamed airline, my flight to Springfield was delayed by more than 7 hours. This was only the second time to this Enterprise location but due to the late hour and time of arrival, I was not sure if anyone would be around to help me check in. Shoutout to Yolanda R. I’m not sure if this is where I leave a review for someone in particular, but I was having a terrible day at no fault but my own. I was supposed to fly in somewhere completely different (quad cities) . I had to take a flight into Springfield instead. Enterprise officially lost my business. Rude associate, incompetent associate. If you're renting from Springfield Illinois airport stay away from that place. I've rented with them for years and they've got worse over the last few. I will never spend money with them again
I drove up from Decatur to pick up the vehicle and the place was closed. Can’t believe these people!
