Cancelled a rental booked almost a week ahead of time because they were ‘sold out’. Brittany told us to drive an hour to the nearest location and said “the manager just gave me a list of reservations to cancel” terrible service.
I showed up and they said they couldn't honor my reservation - no cars. I had to spend forever on hold to cancel my 3rd party rental coverage plus time wasted coming to airport -+ major hassle. Unreliable
