BEST EXPERIENCE EVER! Beyond my expectations! Due to weather and other ridiculous travel woes from Chicago OHare and unnamed airline, my flight to Springfield was delayed by more than 7 hours. This was only the second time to this Enterprise location but due to the late hour and time of arrival, I was not sure if anyone would be around to help me check in.
