Shoutout to Yolanda R. I’m not sure if this is where I leave a review for someone in particular, but I was having a terrible day at no fault but my own. I was supposed to fly in somewhere completely different (quad cities) . I had to take a flight into Springfield instead. Enterprise officially lost my business. Rude associate, incompetent associate. If you're renting from Springfield Illinois airport stay away from that place. I've rented with them for years and they've got worse over the last few. I will never spend money with them again
I drove up from Decatur to pick up the vehicle and the place was closed. Can’t believe these people!
I wanna give MAXINE MAYS a 5/5 with amazing customer service! I was stressed out trying to get on the road and she put me at ease and got me into another vehicle with ease when my original vehicle I wanted to rent wasn't available. She deserves a raise ! Thank you Maxine!
