Great experience, new car. 👏🏻
I reserved a car two months before I needed it. When I went to the branch to pick up the car, I waited for nearly an hour only to find out that they did not get the car that I reserved. I then had to come back later because the downgraded vehicle that I had to settle with wasn't even clean. There was zero communication from Enterprise about this, a heads up to let me know the situation would have been nice. Instead, I wasted hours of my time dealing with it. Don't bother, they never have inventory. They also haven't answered their phone a single time I've called which is 20x in the past 3 weeks. Abysmal service. Edit: I've already contacted customer service to complain in which nothing was accomplished, hence why I said abysmal service. Nothing has been done to fix anything. You guys weren't even able to tell me how long I'm allowed to keep the car. Which is basically all I asked was when my return date was.
