I received a phone call the day before saying I needed a $500 deposit as well as two types of ID or bills with my correct address on it. I've rented from Enterprise many times to the years and never had a $500 deposit for a weekend rental. I canceled my rental and will never rent from Enterprise again. I feel like I'm being treated as if I have done your company wrong or have a driving record. I'm 59;yrs old with 2 no fault accidents in my life, a clean driving record and best insurance coverage.
