Unbelievable! They will let you reserve a car when they don't have any cars. Totally ruined my plans. Update 10 months later: I decided to give Enterprise a try again because I was in a pinch. While their reservation system is still bogus and unfair to the workers, the workers at this location today went above and beyond to make sure I had a good experience. It was unexpected and really a breath of fresh air during a stressful day, so I have to increase the star rating.
I believe his name was Guido but he made sure we got the vehicle we requested regardless of insurance. Super outgoing people and really helpful person. Give this man a raise
All the guys at enterprise were so helpful from start to finish - accommodating and friendly!! Highly recommend this location.
