5/5 stars! As a first time customer, I was a bit nervous about the process, but the two women working at Enterprise Quincy on Adams St. made the entire experience completely seamless and stress free. From the moment I walked in, they were incredibly welcoming, warm, and helpful. They walked me through every step, answered all my questions with patience, and had me on the road in no time. Incredible customer service I'll definitely be coming back to this location!
I had a wonderful experience with enterprise rental . Everyone was very helpful, friendly, kind and very knowledgeable. They answered all my questions and made the process very easy. I really appreciate their excellent customer service and would definitely I’ll be renting from them again . I recommend them to everyone
I had a great experience at this location. When I went to pick up my car the office was a little hectic. Lots going on and a few people walked in looking to rent a car as we (people with reservations) we're waiting to get our keys. I have to give props to the (manager?) young pretty lady who kept things going smoothly amid the crazy. She was professional and kind. Rare to have kind customer service. I will definitely use this location for future rentals.
Staff was really personable and they were able to find me a car quickly
