The agent who assisted me was excellent.
Horrible service. I frequently rent vehicles from this location. 90% of the time there is an issue with the reserved car not being available. Today they wasted an hour of my valuable time. If I have a reservation for a vehicle, have the vehicle available, don't try to put me in some POS, thatisnot even the same class
Will never book a rental again! Booked a rental car and was called 4 hours before pick up that they not only didn't have the size I had rented but didn't have a single car available. After we got off the phone I went online and you could still go on a rent a car and be given a confirmation number. If you want to make sure you will be getting a car for vacation or whatever reason I highly suggest renting somewhere else.
I've been renting cars from enterprise car rental corporation since 1980s. The team enterprise car rentals at moses lake Washington are the very best i've ever came across god bless you all and thank you for your help i just can't even imagine that kind of help you guys are great and i appreciate it more than you can imagine i have 900,000 followers on Google maps review.
