"5-star service! Rosa and Mackenzie provided outstanding hospitality and made our rental experience incredibly smooth and easy. Thank you both for going the extra mile to look after us—your excellent customer service did not go unnoticed. Highly recommend this Moses Lake team!"

Refused to take a debit card right before my time to pick up, had to cancel my trip (The link you sent goes to a random AI chat box so you not only caused major problems with me trying to rent a car from you, your now also giving a slap to the face of deal with a computer to end up saying theres nothing we can do) The issue is that your rep. Is telling me there are different requirements to use a debit card then the requirements listed on the website which i took a picture of.
