Always quick service and great cars
They were understaffed and caught in a rush...the staff did very under stress
Three weeks ago, I reserved a 12 passenger van for a 2 week family vacation we've been planning for a year. I live in a small town so our choices for rental companies is very limited. I have had success with enterprise in the past so I had no suspicions that it would go so wrong this time. A day before I was to pick up the van I was notified that they didn't have it.
