Have at least a dozen cars in the lot but none to rent out bc all the cars need service they said
I’ve truly had enough of this location , either I’m waiting for hours for a scheduled pick up or they throw me in anything regardless of what I booked ! Communication from the company is terrible ! Then when I went to renew my free rental I was racially profiled by the man in this photo and was told I was not who I was after showing my ID , Debit card and my rental agreement ! When I asked for the associates name he ignored me and continued to move on to someone else ! DO NOT COME HERE !!

Was very impressed i was picking up when I took my ride to the bodyshop and was taken back to get my ride. Also enjoyed the rental and the fine folks that helped me.
Could’ve cleaned the rental vehicle more prior to check in, was told 12 hours prior to check in our vehicle we reserved might not be available, had to frantically call corporate to secure vehicle. Staff at New Albany location were friendly and helpful, and helped solve a silly and unnecessary issue.
