It was great they pick me up and they took me back there and they treated me real excellent that's why I like getting my car from Enterprise you guys have a great day and girls and thank you very much
as soon as they hear you say one way they change their mind. she said she has a car read to pick up but once she knows it is one way, she started to lie saying she doesn't have car and when I confronted and said ok I can bring back the car to same location. still she keeps lying to me
Don't bother with this location. Didn't honor a days old reservation and after bending over backwards to honor their plea to come in later they were "closed" when they said to come in and accept a lesser size vehicle. Manager and other associates were rude and not willing to accommodate. Stay far far away.
Recently rented a Hyundai Tucson for a 3 day trip. Riley and staff were very efficient, friendly and made the process easy. Car performed well, too.
