Enterprise was great. The car was dirty when I got it & they didn't have a very wide selection but it was a weekend special so that's understandable. The first person to help me was a little grouchy but someone else took over & was delightful to work with Marina, I think her name was, she was very helpful & funny she made my experience better than the first guy I was getting ready to talk to a manager & leave but she took over & was great. The people that work at this Enterprise are just so nice. I would have given them a 5 star rating if I didn't have to wait for 40 minuets and I had an appointment. But other then that I am very happy with the staff and car from Enterprise.

Had a very unpleasant experience. I ha a CS by the mane if Lori who was having a hard time understanding. She was very unprofessional..everytime I would ask a question she would turn around with a "what" response. They were trying to give me a car that was stained, dirty and had an awful smell. The Assistant Manager (Daniel) did not help to resolve the matter, he was just as unprofessional as the CS. I ended up with an unclean car an had no gas at all. The last time I rented a car there I was really impressed with how easy it was. Got a great car for a great deal and the staff was friendly.
