They provided the service and price that was advertised and got me on the road and car turned in fairly fast. No issues I would use them again if needed.

Reserved a vehicle, arrived on time, no vehicles in the lot, door was locked well past opening time, and no answer the phone. I'm literally having to get a ride to another town 30 minutes away to get an enterprise rental from them. F you guys!

We were traveling down Rte 81 and our car broke down on a Friday so I called Enterprise to reserve a car. We paid for a ride to Enterprise, but when we got there they said they had no car, despite my reservation. I called the corporate number and was told a manager would call me back, but no one ever did. When I expressed displeasure that I had paid to get there and was now stuck, we were told we could hitchike back to the mechanic (the Enterprise rep ended up giving us a ride). This experience was a train wreck. I did not plan to have my car in a body shop 3 weeks before vacation. My insurance called and started a claim asked me to call and set up a time for pick up … I called and spoke with Chris (very nice guy) set up a time the week of my vacation to pick up the car. The day of pick up I called several hours before to ensure all was set.
