My father had a car from them through the insurance. There was a problem with the insurance extending the rental and Rebecca from here called my father telling him he was late returning his car and demanding a credit card. When I called back afterwards to try to clarify things, she kept saying she couldn’t do anything and he would have to return it today, which he couldn’t do right away. World's most useless car rental location. I booked a car THREE AND ONE HALF MONTHS ahead of time based on their business hours only for them to call me 22 hours before pickup to tell me that they close at 12 noon (on a Friday! 9-12noon!!) and basically I have no car unless I pay them over double the amount so it can sit there until Monday after I drop it off.
