Lauren and the young lady that just started were so nice and friendly! Very professional and polite. Lauren has fantastic customer service skills and the new young lady was so amazing and I saw her literally running around trying her best to provide fast customer service. Lauren and her crew were the nicest and most helpful people ever. After being in a car accident and having the hardest time with insurance, Lauren made the process so easy and she was so helpful during the time I rented a car. It was such a pleasant experience and I would 1000% recommend this specific location 🥰
