Have never had a worse experience at a rental car location, in this country or any other. And it was all the manager Lauren Bates. She was extremely rude to me and did not seem concerned with helping me as a customer, and she was clearly not very competent with the customer service in general. I made my rent a car request through my insurance and was sent a message that an Enterprise employee would contact me in four hours. After four hours I called to check the status. The call was answered by a very rude employee that seemed to be frustrated that I called. He said that I would receive a call when the vehicle was ready and would not be for several days which was different information then the Enterprise email that I received. I have rented from many Enterprise locations, but this branch stands out as the best experience I have had. From February through late July, I relied on a long-term rental that involved five different vehicles. What could have been stressful and complex was handled with ease and care.
