Has worked well for me. Little slow returning deposit though. Very friendly drivers to pick me up and take me home. Will use again.
I have rented on a regular basis at enterprise but the past 2 months I have had a horrible experience. Lately, my car is never ready and I am left (NOT several) but one routine courtesy confirmation call - which is left to all their customer's whom have reservations but Carolyn the store manager( whom she has replaced Jamie) is always saying..."I left you several messages".
