Staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. Chanessa and Sydney answered all of our questions with a smile while remaining quick and efficient. They go above and beyond. The entire process is smooth and fast. I have never had such an easy time renting a car. The manager, Thomas, even came out of his office when we were turning back in the car to personally ask if we had any problems or issues. Its unusual nowadays to be able to say this but we actually felt like valued customers. Thank you for the wonderful experience.
Sydney S. helped me get my rental, walked me through the process/expectations, and was overall a really sweet person to work with! When I walked in to return my rental, she remembered me and made me feel welcome! Renting a car isn’t ever high on my list of “fun errands”, but she gave great customer service and is a super sweet human!
