I’ve had pretty good experiences with Enterprise in the past, so I was honestly disappointed with how this situation was handled. I accidentally left my battery in a rental car, and when I called, the first person I spoke with told me they had found it. helpful, on time and provided better than what they promised
The fantastic customer service is the primary reason I continue to use Enterprise when I have vehicle rental needs. Even when the vehicles have the occasional issue, the customer service does very well to mitigate the situation and make it all worthwhile I plan to get another rental from Enterprise this weekend just because!
