Terrible customer service attitude
First car rented lost hubcap after hitting a bump. Slit sidewall on front tire. Returned for tire repair and Thomas at 15075 Hayden location switched me into another vehicle instead. It was a Nissan Sentra and road excellent the entire trip. It was a vacation/heart doctor's visit, so a bit stressful. But this car reduced my stress with its great performance and gas mileage. Thank you so very much Enterprise! I'll be back in 6 months. Have to see the heart doctor again.
Thomas Olson, the branch manager at Enterprise, provided outstanding service. Even though it was clear the day was unusually busy and challenging, he made the entire rental experience easy, efficient, and stress-free. I rent vehicles frequently for work travel, and this was by far one of the best car rental experiences I have had.
