Terrible service and rude employees. The two front desk women were aggressive and cruel expressing remarks personally about weight and appearance. They were prejudice and awful human beings. Do not ever go to this rental agency ever again!
By far the worst run rental car location I have experienced. Where to start. The problems began before we even arrived. We were told Enterprise would pick us up, which is one of the reasons we chose this location. About 30 seconds after confirming the pickup, they apparently forgot about us entirely. We waited nearly 40 minutes assuming someone was on the way. Eventually we gave up and took an Uber to the location ourselves. WARNING - they will let you reserve a car online and when you arrive tell you they don’t have a vehicle. Enterprise does nothing to make this right, no attempt to help you find another vehicle and no offer to make things right. I would advise not to rent a car with Enterprise
