Terrible service and I was very disappointed. They treat customers very rudely. I had a flat tire and they gave me a hard time switching cars then gave me a worse car when they had like 50 cars in the lot. I would never go back to this location again.
I used Enterprise after a car accident, and the experience was great. The staff was very accommodating, and I really appreciated the large selection of cars available on the lot. I’ll definitely choose Enterprise again if I ever need a rental in the future
I went into Enterprise just before closing because my car had been hit. They were so nice/smiling the whole time. They found a Carin my price range and off I went. When I returned the car I received the same great service. I was refreshing to be treated so well.
They are professional, positive, and polite. I love this location.
