Thankful to have Enterprise in Galax.
Lack of communication on their part regarding payment has lost us the photographer at a wedding tomorrow.
Neve have a problem out of the Galax location they r always friendly an always have the rental I reserved
The Galax Virginia Enterprise location was two hours late in getting my rental. An hour prior to the pickup time I was called and informed they may not have a vehicle for me. I called numerous times and was finally able to get in touch with a representative. The representative only took a few photos without a filter so some existing damage as not noted. I cannot recommend this location.
