I scheduled my pick up on the Saturday prior to the Wednesday that I intended to rent for 9am. Admittedly, I ran behind and showed up closer to 11am. I was initially addressed by Wayne, who was incredibly rude. He had his feet up on the desk, in my face when he called me over, as if sitting up properly was too much of a bother. Great customer service
The staff here are very very kind and respectful. My Experience was great. and the prices are low here comparing with airport prices.
I would have to say that the Poplar Ave branch is the most respectable people you will ever meet the level of customer service they give is un matched by any standards Mr. Wayne Biles and his staff are wonderful. I give them five stars and more. Thanks a lot for being awesome
