My son wrecked my Yukon on June 25th 2025 and I rented a car from Wayne on June 27th. Little did I know at the time that Wayne and Raven would become my most favorite customer service reps ever! It has been such a long journey as I had rented from June 27th until 10/27. From day 1 the entire process was painless and easy! There was no hassle or stress at any point while I was in my rental. Branch manager was unprofessional and lacked customer service skills. Used profanity when talking to me and left me to short out confusion around my reservation by tossing a piece of paper at me with a number to call. It is clear that he thinks very little of his customers.
My experience was amazing and the rep Raven did her big one and shared information to ensure my experience was superb and expectations was more than meet. I would do business with them again and again. They came in a great time when the last place dropped the ball. Raise is needed for the staff

Great experience and excellent service from Wayne Biles. Very stand up guy with a great sense of humor and made sure I was taken care of on all levels. Give that man a raise!
