Kaitlyn was so professional, she was dealing with the phones and six customers at one time. She handled everything with a good attitude, a friendly smile, and took care of everybody in a very professional and friendly way. Me and all the customers inside on a Friday afternoon were impressed with the way she conducted herself, this young woman deserves a big raise!

Kaitlyn and Shurmond are top notch employees and very helpful throughout my rental experience. I still have the rental car after a month due to my car not being ready yet and every interaction there is genuine and friendly at the Prairieville, La location

Enterprise strikes again. I didn’t do a good job of documenting the condition of the car beforehand and there were dents on the roof of the car that they claimed happened while I rented it. And of course it happened after the associate tried to upsell me on the damage insurance that they offer. Moral of the story, I’ll never use enterprise again for any rental needs I may have. Remember to take pictures and videos of the car condition yourself, because they only take pictures of the damage (that they conveniently see).
