Very friendly and accommodating staff
Better personality from your staff...rules not explained well. Penalized for something that was not my control. One staff member left when I questioned the issue we were having. Hope he quit..because he should have. I was in retail for 40 plus years. Disgusting was their behavior. This is the response I made to their survey.
Great experience. Booked through my company's travel system and while unable to confirm with the confirmation number online I was able to call general customer service the day prior to confirm all was good with my reservation. Pick up went smoothly and did not take much time. Drop off was also quick. Both people I worked with were very nice. My husband, our kids, and I had been hit by another car in our rental and needed to come to this location to get another vehicle. Our taxi didn’t make it there until 15 minutes past closing time and Colin and his associate stayed to help us. I can’t express the gratitude I have for these guys. Thank you for making a hard situation easier.
