Car did not have gas and was filthy. I will say Ashley Z was awesome and provided great customer service. She was willing to switch out vehicles but we were on a time crunch already.
Citierra helped me at Fort Walton-Destin airport and after a long stressful day of traveling, she was heaven sent. She made sure I understood every part of my contract and even moved me up to a slightly bigger car to accommodate my guests joining me on my trip! So thankful for her professionalism and kindness! I will definitely use Enterprise again!
Until now, I have always had excellent experiences with Enterprise; but this location was the first bad experience. I booked my one-way Destin to Fort Lauderdale reservation online through my Enterprise account and used my usual credit card details on file with Enterprise. When I arrived, they wanted a physical version of my credit card, which I didn't have since I travel the world and use Google Wallet for all card transactions to reduce fraud risk.
