You'll have the best experience with Enterprise, hands down best car rental company. In Destin, we were given a free upgrade from nissan rogue SUV class to Santa Fe newest SUV with 7 seater. And the SUV was new, still had that toxic smell. Definitely would stick with Enterprise. No shenanigans to try to get us to upgrade and pay more. I paid online on Expedia and price was good.

Did not respond to email, despite being told that is how to contact them. We wanted to extend our vehicle rental an additional day so we did not have to spend hours at the airport waiting to check in for our flight, with a toddler. No complaints with the vehicle itself. We will likely look for a different rental company going forward due to lack of customer support.
