Chris McNinch and the Team at this location are the best. They have always worked hard to make sure everything goes smoothly for me. They stay late if necessary and always take the time to deal with my car rentals with patience and courtesy no matter how busy they are.
I am been using this Branch for years and have always gotten Superior Service and Personal Attention. This past Friday, I went to pick up my Weekend Rental as usual at 12:30 PM. But there were no cars available. I guess due to the Monday being a Holiday and the Daily rentals not due back until later. There were 8 of us waiting for the next car. They were FANTASTIC to work with! My car was in the body shop after someone vandalized it and they took it to heart! Seeing that I was disabled they helped put me into a car that worked for me even though it was over the amount my insurance covered! They were very sincere and thoughtful and I will definitely return!!
