This Enterprise does NOT pick you up. I rent with Enterprise often and across the country. I called when they first opened. They say they won't pick me up (2 miles away 5 minutes per Google maps) because they close at 1:00 on the weekends. Why pay the premium rates for the exact same service? I won't.

I wait es for over an hour and half for my car And that was after i was told a convertible was not available and didn’t understand why the system allowed me to made the reservation. I end up with a small suv that had to be brought. From Lancaster. Front desk have great customer service it’s the operations and the system they use it’s been mis managed.
