HORRIBLE SERVICE they are super slow and if you guys know it will be a busy day. Why not schedule more people to work front desk??? You guys socialize way to much the waiting is insane

The agents who work at the Palmdale location were very polite and friendly. I had no problems with this location or staff. My vehicle got me to and from my destination safely. No complaints. I'll rent from them again.
Very friendly staff. Much more friendly and helpful than Hertz. Clean and modern cars. Worth the extra $.
