We are truck drivers so when we have a long weekend or a few days we rent a car and have always used enterprise... This was the worst experience I have ever had, needed a ride back to the truck took car back an hour before it was to be turned in so i could get them to take me back in it without having to transfer everything out to another vehicle. Was told I had to take stuff out because they needed the car but really I paid for it for another hour. I was very upset and they knew it, I was only asking them to take me 5 miles... read more
It's the only car rental place in our area, so it's tough to compare with anyone else. That being said, the service at Enterprise was very good. The folks there are very nice, professional and accommodating. My last experience was very pleasant and I would definitely rent from them again.
Because you WILL be lied to at the counter, please know that as long as your personal insurance covers your use of rentals you DO NOT have to purchase the extra coverage that is crammed down your throat at the counter. Customer service here was AWFUL!! I had to wait for well over an hour to be placed in a car. I made it clear that I need to pick my son up from daycare and I needed to be in and out.
