Had to rent a car for almost a month due to my transmission dying. They called me about their sales division and I said it would be okay to chat. After having issues with finding an ideal vehicle, I looked at their inventory and we came to a deal very quickly. Got approved in 2 minutes at a better interest rate than the credit union id been a member of for 15 years. Absolutely recommend.
They told me I would be given a compact SUV. Upon receiving the vehicle, I noticed a note attached to the key fob indicating a tire pressure issue. About 10 miles into the drive, the tire pressure warning light appeared on the dashboard. I stopped at Enterprise in Augusta, where they took the car away after discovering it had an expired inspection sticker and was overdue for an oil change. Despite the rental being covered by insurance, my credit card was still charged.
My reservation experience was great, especially after the stressful moving situation I was in. The staff here during my visit last week were far more helpful than the staff at other car rental places I have been to in the area. The SUV worked for my needs, despite my needing a truck. Thank you, Augusta Enterprise Staff! You guys are great. I will be renting again soon. The car cleaner also does an excellent job in his work, always detailed, thorough, and quite stylish.
