Ordered my car friday at 2. I called the pickup location to see if I could get keys dropped because I was too far to make it before closing time. I was on hold for about 10 minutes. No answer. I hung up. Figured I would get it the next day. Showed up the next day and they had given my rental to someone else and offered me one 4 days out. Needless to say I was furious.
