Augusta office is amazing.
We were so well taken care of by Enterprise at the Augusta location. Our flight was diverted due to weather, and we unexpectedly needed a car for the weekend. Every rental company was sold out, but Caroline Gepfert went out of her way to help us. She not only secured a car for us but even delivered it personally to the airport. Her effort and kindness made a stressful situation so much easier, and we’re incredibly grateful. I highly recommend renting from this location.
Went there for an emergency car rental! Had the money of which I legit jumped through hoops to come up with after being told one price and then got there to be told another! Then after getting the second price was told they couldn’t do a split payment due to the bank being closed! This was a freaking emergency circumstance! You all really must not be hurting for money if you can’t even help people out when it comes to emergencies situations like mine! Had to rent a car for almost a month due to my transmission dying. They called me about their sales division and I said it would be okay to chat. After having issues with finding an ideal vehicle, I looked at their inventory and we came to a deal very quickly. Got approved in 2 minutes at a better interest rate than the credit union id been a member of for 15 years. Absolutely recommend.
