Horrible We've really had nothing but problems with this specific Enterprise location. We had a rental nightmare with them when our vehicle was in for repair, and the insurance company arranged for a rental. The insurance company had a conflict with the body repair shop over the delays in repair, and Enterprise took money from our credit card without our permission to cover costs that were being argued between the other businesses.
