Fast enough service, friendly employees, and quality rentals were all good points, but one of the biggest things that bothered me was that they wouldn't let me drive the car we rented. My car got rear ended, is in the shop, and now I'm not even able to drive the temporary replacement! This is of course because I'm not old enough yet... But anyway, they got our car ready quickly and had it washed and cleaned before handing us they keys. Overall a very clean, efficient experience.
The staff here were awesome! I worked with Gabriel and Alyssa at the Culebra and 1604 location. They were helpful and informative. I had to extend my rental a couple of times and they patiently assisted me with that as well. I am lucky to have had such a great experience and would recommend to all my family and friends. Thank you for making my experience a great one!
