Since I had a one-way rental, he carefully and patiently explained all the important details and things I needed to pay attention to. He was professional, friendly, and very easy to communicate with. I had a great experience, and Enterprise will definitely be my first choice next time I rent a car.
They called me four hours in advance prior to my reservation time and pickup to let me know a minivan wasn’t available. Here I was relying on the van for a family members funeral.
