The staff at the University location in St. Paul was extremely kind and helpful the entire process. I was displaced due to a car accident and needed to find a vehicle that met my needs during this period, and they were very good about finding me the right size vehicle. I also received follow-up a few times via text to see if I needed anything which was very nice.
