We used the Pell City, AL location of Enterprise recently and had a great experience. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable and the whole process took about 10 minutes. Got a great rental that we felt safe in.
I have always had great experiences and service standards at the Sylacagua Alabama location, the sales staff are always courteous and fast I’m in and out in less than ten minutes……BUT my son……. Not so much! He rented a truck one week to go down south to Gulfport they had a nice crew cab F150 (with tailgate warmers so your hands don’t get cold pushing it down the road) when he went to rent it and sign the agreement the tag had expired and they stopped the transaction, that was a total and utter failure on their part.
