I’ve tried to use them twice for corporate account and business travel. Both times, months apart, they confirmed the reservation and then called me an hour before the reservation time saying they had no vehicles available until days later. Now I’m having to scramble again. This has only been an issue with the Pell City location.
My mid-size SUV was not ready when I came to pick up so they immediately got me a fantastic replacement. Not only was it a very comfortable ride from Pell City to Cincinnati and back, the Palisades safety features alerted me when a car suddenly when to low speed on the interstate and notified me in advance of the quick stoppage. Overall I was very happy with the service and the vehicle.

DO NOT USE THE PELL CITY OFFICE OR ENTERPRISE IN GENERAL! We rented a van for our church trip. We were over-charged for a day's rental. It took over a week for the branch manager to respond to us, but we were refunded. Shortly after being refunded, my credit card was charged several times. The branch manager stated that she contacted the regional manager, Haiden on both June 24-25. I never heard back from Haiden or Anslee so we called the main number.
