My experience was better then I expected. We originally requested an suv due to the fact that older people have a hard time getting in and out of a small car (and im not referring to myself lol) So we did wind up with a small car which was no big deal. That being said I went to go somewhere and the keyfab would not unlock the doors so it was after hours and I just waited and called in the morning after I attempted to change the battery in the fob myself and it didn't work. Verbal promises from staff that I could possibly get a mid size car for my travel did not materialize. I ended up with a compact car that was not very comfortable for my driving experience. I was charged for gasoline in which I already refilled as instructed. The fee was small, but the principle of their “verbal agreement” did not match. I feel somehow the staff wasn’t straightforward, and should have written agreements upon entering the transaction.
