The car i had was amazing
We rent from the Gordon Drive location often. Tyler Hamilton always goes above and beyond to make our experience trouble free! He and the employees at this location are amazing.
Enterprise came through for us when we were trying to rent a car and had issues at another rental car place. They were responsive and gave great customer experience. We greatly appreciate their help in making our vacation easier. Thank you so much to the guys at this location! 10/10 recommend.
Terrible service. I showed up a little late for my reservation, and they told me they would have something for me later that day. Needless to say I had to keep calling them to see if they had anything for me yet. After a few hours of trying to figure something out, they stopped answering my phone calls. I had to figure out my own means of transportation for an 8 hour - drive ... 0/10 I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!
